Comprehensive Marine Services

Boat Engine Service & Maintenance
We offer a range of marine engine maintenance services for Yamaha, Suzuki & Honda outboard engines as well as inboard Cummins engines.
20-hour service includes an oil change, visual inspection, and assestment.
100-hour service includes the items on the 20-hour service with the addition of a fuel filter replacement and gearcase oil.
300-hour service includes all of the above plus a water pump inspection/replacement, spark plugs, thermostat and zincs.
Boat Engine Diagnostics & Repairs
Yamaha, Suzuki and Honda outboard and Cummins Diesel inboard engine diagnostics and repairs. Includes engine and fuel diagnostics, electrical systems and components.
We also offer diagnostics and repair of fuel systems, electrical systems and components. Our marine services are offered on the Island of Kauai and neighboring Islands.
Boat Engine Installation / Replacement
Complete marine engine repowers including new controls and gauges. Includes connecting the steering system, throttle and shift controls, navigation and communication systems, engine control systems and more. Yamaha, Suzuki and Honda outboards, and Cummins Diesel inboards.
Marine Electrical & Plumbing Repair
We offer diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair of marine plumbing systems, as well as electrical systems, rewiring, and components.
We also install and service a wide range of marine electronics, including navigation systems, fish finders, and communication devices.
Mobile Marine Crane Service
Our fully equipped mobile service rig with a crane allows us to provide on-site marine service, repair and engine installs anywhere on the Island of Kauai. The same experienced and skilled service technicians who take care of your boat in our shop at Port Allen, are available to come to your location for boat maintenance and repairs on location.
Large Vessel Haul-Out
Hawaiian Isles Marine can assist you in getting your vessel from the water and on to the trailer for inspections, repairs and maintenance. Great for large vessels and commerical tour operators.
